Glenkindie Arms Inn is set in Upper Donside with breath-taking scenery of the Scottish Highlands - yet less than an hour from Aberdeen airport and within travelling distance from Inverness. We have recently been graded as an AA 3 star Inn. A 400 year old traditional Scottish Inn with rooms perfect for the discerning traveller, plenty to do & see including fishing, shooting, skiing, eating and drinking.
Situated on the A97 we are close enough to Royal Deeside (and Balmoral), the Malt Whisky trail, Castle trail and the Lecht ski centre, to act as an ideal base to tour from, yet we are far enough away from the hustle and bustle to offer a more peaceful and relaxed experience.
Food for our customers is locally sourced by Ian Simpson, the Chef Patron, who takes great care and hard work in preparing the meals. The cuisine is Scottish Fare and we have recently been awarded an AA Rosette for the quality of our food. We will also serve you real ales, fine wines and single malt whiskies with a smile which you can enjoy in front of our real log fire or outside in the sun.
